Nothing but the cycle of flora and fauna typical of the Mediterranean macchia.

The geometry of the vine rows blends with the natural delights of the landscape: wild thyme jostles with cornflower, the scent of acacia mingles with wild gean, blackthorn, sorb and cornel cherry, delicate wild rose and an explosion of red poppy.

The badger, the squirrel, porcupine and roe deer have resumed their habitat and high above the hawk wheels in solemn flight.

Man is a guest amid the wonders of this grand design, tapping the juice of the grape in an age-old miracle, source of pleasure, Bacchic elation, a glimpse of eternity.

Something about the temperature range from day to night gives the grapes an intense bouquet that lingers characteristically in the wine we produce.

This quality, together with the lowness of the yield, lends our wines “structure” and brands them with their own “terrain”.
